Our showroom is operated on an appointment only basis, ensuring that we always have somebody available to show you around and advise on all of the options we have available. Mazon Flooring offer carpets, wood flooring, laminate floors, engineered wood, concreate, carpet tiles, safety floors, parquet floors, luxury vinyl from Moduleo, Amtico and Karndean, and a range of other products.

• I was impressed with Mazon Flooring from my first visit to their showroom in Birmingham. Alex took me through the flooring options, discouraged me from spending too much and made some good suggestions for carpet. I chose a Karndean with a border which, took more time to lay than originally estimated but it was worth it as it looks fabulous. The tradesmen took a lot of time and care to get it right. I also got them to lay electric underfloor heating. Not only did they help with my floor but also provided some tradesmen for some other small jobs required for my renovation. After sales service is also good, Alex came back to reseat the edge strip between the carpet and the Vinyl which was a little uneven. Very happy with the end result and would highly recommend.

• The boss, Al, came round with a huge amount of samples he left with me, also a bit of guidance on what goes with what and pricing differences between the different flooring types. He left the samples with me to make a choice in my own time, certainly no pressure selling. After I decided what I wanted he replied in good time with a quote, plus different options (e.g. wood vs laminate). I had the kitchen (vinyl), hall (laminate) and stairs/landing (carpet) done. I arranged a fitting which was done on time and the finish was excellent, you can tell by the small things such as the edging on awkward corners where the fitter took care on getting it right that make the difference. Overall really can't fault them. Very good
