We have a flooring showroom where our products can be viewed and where you can speak to one of our trained employees to ensure you are buying the right product for you. Website Usage

If you are under 18, you may only purchase from the engage in a purchase with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible at all times for all activities which occur under your customer username and password, save where such activities occur as a result of our negligence or fault.

Sales Process

When you place an order with Mazon Flooring we will send you an order acknowledgement to confirm that we have received your order. This will be done within 24 hours on standard business days. Once we have checked the order details and stock availability, and can confirm that the stock will be with you within 14 days, we will send an order acceptance. Please refer to the section on cancellations and returns at this point to see your rights regarding cut/bespoke items versus standard products.

Dispatch Policy

While some of the products shown on our website are available from stock, the majority of items are ordered in specifically for your order. Therefore, we can not offer any guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods delivered will normally arrive between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. At the point that we accept the order we will advise the likely delivery date.  The charge for delivery will be based on post code location and also the weight of the product. Alternatively you can collect the goods from our distribution centre in central Birmingham [B74NU] with prior arrangement.

Due to insurance guidelines all flooring deliveries are made to kerb-side at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. You must arrange for adequate help to off-load the flooring as the driver can not help move the flooring into your home. As deliveries can be made by a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit, please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. In most cases, we are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion, but we will always try for you.If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, refuse to sign or you refuse delivery you will be liable for the cost of any re-delivery charge when applicable. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.

When Your Order Arrives

When your order arrives, you want to be sure the quantities match what you ordered.To guarantee customer satisfaction, please make note of the following when receiving your order:Visually inspect the condition and entirety of your delivery, make sure to note missing items or damaged materials. The order confirmation email you received lists all the materials and quantities you ordered. You will need to examine the products and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.Unless specifically requested (additional cost), all deliveries are kerb-side. This means that you (or someone able) must be home to take the material from the trailer to your home. The driver will only unload to the curbside and are not allowed to enter your home.DO NOT let the driver leave until you have verified the material received is in good condition and that all material has been accounted for. Any damages or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted we are unable to process with any replacement products.

Prior To Installation

Please ensure that you inspect your goods prior to installation and that the goods are correct as per your order and that you are happy with the appearance and quality.Once the installation has started no claims for incorrect goods will be accepted.It is also the responsibility of the person installing the floor to de-select any faulty or damaged boards prior to the installation as no claims for faulty or damaged board scan be accepted after the installation.

Damaged Faulty Goods

All carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality control. Ifyou have a concern regarding delivery, please advise our customer care departmentimmediately. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately ondelivery either by phone: 07875 701295 or email: Anydamaged goods MUST be signed as damaged on the delivery note. We will thenmake further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods.

Cancellations and Returns

Standard products – If you chose to cancel your order for wood flooring, laminate flooring, rugs [apart from bespoke rugs], tiles, luxury vinyl at standard sizes [this excludes any flooring which has been bespoke cut such as Amtico Signature, Moduleo Moods and Karndean Kaleidescope], any goods that have not been dispatched will be refunded to you in full within 7 working days.Cut/bespoke/special order – If you place an order for cut length carpets, Amtico Signature floor, Moduleo Moods, Karndean Kaleidescope, sheet vinyl products, bespoke or special order laminate, bespoke size or design rugs, you are not able to cancel the order once you receive the order acceptance from Mazon Flooring. This is because the order acceptance confirms that the order has been put in process and may already have been cut to your specific size. Cancelling once goods have arrived to you – In the case of standard products,you have the right to return goods within seven days of the goods being received without giving a reason. Goods returned must be in a saleable as new; condition and returned in their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged goods must be returned unopened. The customer must arrange transportation and pay all costs involved in transporting the goods back to the warehouse from which they came. The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Goods received damaged after return will not receive a refund from the Company. Returns made under this provision must be agreed in writing or by electronic mail by both parties before the goods are returned. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation. To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing or by email: We will then endeavour to contact you within 1 working day with a response.

Price and availability

Mazon Flooring reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. If the Company lists a product at the wrong price due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing information from its suppliers, the Company has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to the order being delivered. The Company will not adjust prices without first informing the Customer, and will allow the Customer to withdraw their order at no cost – and if applicable a full refund will be given.

Booking Trades People

Taking into consideration the many variables in deliveries, we strongly recommend that you do not book your installer until after you have received your order in its entirety. Manufacture times, weather, supply-demand conditions, and replacement delivery for damaged items are just some of the instances that may delay your order. Please schedule your install to ensure you have allocated time to receive your order. We can not be held liable for failure to meet scheduled installation dates due to delivery. Delivery dates are approximates and, as such, can not be promised under any circumstance.

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods at the checkout stage include VAT at current rate in the United Kingdom. If this rate were to change, you would be liable for the rate at the point that the order was accepted by Mazon Flooring

Product Guarantee

Product guarantees and fitting instructions are available on a number of the products we supply and will usually be in the product boxes. The instructions will often stipulate the British Standards to which the products need to be fitted to. No guarantees are valid if the type of flooring has not been fitted in accordance with these British Standards. Please get in touch with us for clarification regarding this issue.


Samples of products are produced by taking cuts from our current stock or our manufacturers current stock, this gives the best representation we could possibly hope for. Samples are a representation only of the product, and variations in colour/shade/appearance can occur. We accept no liability for this as long as it meets standard industry tolerances.


The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.


To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. Please note: We DO NOT store any financial information, including credit card, debit card or bank account information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.


The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.


Goods are subject to availability. The date of delivery will be confirmed when the customer places an order. If any items on the customer order are out of stock or available outside the company’s normal delivery times, the company will advise the customer immediately of the expected delay in delivery. If this proves unacceptable the customer may cancel the item from the order, or cancel the order in full, and the company will issue a full refund. Standard delivery is within 14 days of the order being accepted by Mazon Flooring.
