The Octagon Concert Hall project at Buxton Pavilion Gardens was a monumental undertaking for Mazon Flooring, presenting numerous challenges that required meticulous planning and expertise. Our team was selected as the flooring contractor to install new maple flooring that would faithfully replicate the original flooring.
One of the key challenges was installing the flooring in over 10 different directions within the expansive area while ensuring the integrity and performance of the flooring. This project demanded a specialist flooring contractor with extensive experience in large-scale installations, particularly confident in seamlessly integrating expansion joints into the main flooring body.
The main phase of the work was successfully completed and handed over to the main contractor within just four weeks, and we are proud to report that the project has remained free of any post-completion issues.
